Mexican Halibut Bake

Halibut Recipe Ingredients

* 1/4 cup margarine, softened
* 2 pounds skinless halibut filets
* lemon pepper to taste
* 3/4 cup salsa
* 3/4 cup mayonnaise
* 3/4 cup harsh cream
* 1 tablespoon garlic oil

Halibut Recipe Instructions:

1. Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Pour the margarine in the lower part of a baking dish. Organize the halibut filets in the dish, and season with lemon pepper.
3. In a bowl, blend the salsa, mayonnaise, harsh cream, and garlic oil. Spoon over the halibut filets.
4. Heat halibut 30 minutes in the preheated broiler, or until effectively chipped with a fork. Appreciate !
