Pan Fried Halibut Steak with Light Green Sauce 

A decent Halibut formula to attempt !

Fixings

 * 4 (8 ounce) halibut steaks
 * salt and pepper to taste
 * 1/2 cup universally handy flour for cleaning
 * 1/4 cup softened spread
 * 1/4 cup dry white wine
 * 1 lemon, squeezed
 * 1/2 cup weighty cream
 * 2 tablespoons finely slashed new parsley
 * 4 tablespoons finely slashed new basil
 * 2 tablespoons depleted escapades

 Guidelines

1. Flush the halibut steaks and wipe off. Season with salt and pepper, then, at that point, dust with flour.
2. Soften the spread in an enormous skillet over medium-high hotness. Sear the halibut steaks in the spread for 4 to 5 minutes, until well carmelized. Eliminate from the skillet and keep warm.
