HALIBUT PICCATA RECIPE

Halibut Recipe Ingredients:

1/4 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. sans fat milk
1-1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 tsp. salt
4 halibut filets (6 oz. each)
1 tsp. olive oil, isolated
1 tbsp. margarine
3 minced garlic cloves
3/4 c. chicken stock or white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. depleted escapades
1 tbsp. slashed new parsley

Halibut Recipe Instructions:

In shallow dish, join egg substitute and milk, mix well. In another shallow dish, join breadcrumbs, 1 minced garlic clove and salt. Plunge filets in egg blend, dig in morsel blend, squeezing solidly to cover. Shower covered filets with cooking splash.

In enormous skillet over medium hotness, heat 1/2 teaspoon oil, add 2 filets, cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until fish pieces without any problem. Eliminate filets from skillet, keep warm. Rehash with residual oil and filets.

Wipe skillet with paper towels, place over medium hotness. Soften margarine in dish, add 3 garlic cloves, saute 30 seconds. Mix in wine or stock, lemon juice and stock, heat to the point of boiling. Bubble 8 minutes or until fluid is decreased to around a 1/2 cup fluid. Mix in tricks and parsley. Serve over filets.
