Halibut Recipe Ingredients
* 1 pound halibut, cut into pieces
* salt to taste
* 1/2 cup cornmeal
* 1/4 cup sunflower seed oil
* 1 cup chicken stock
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cove leaf
* ground dark pepper to taste
Halibut Recipe Instructions
1. Above all else season the halibut with salt, and dig in the cornmeal to cover.
2. And afterward heat the oil in a skillet over medium hotness. Place the covered halibut in the skillet, and cook 5 minutes, until gently seared on all sides.
3. Next is to blend the chicken stock, garlic, and sound leaf in a pot, and heat to the point of boiling. Fill the skillet with the halibut. Season with pepper. Keep cooking 5 minutes, or until fish is handily chipped with a fork. Partake in the Halibut ! Pleasant !
