Fresh Herbed Halibut
Fixings
* 1 (2 pound) halibut filet
* 1 enormous lemon, quartered
* olive oil for brushing
* 1 teaspoon ocean salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon dill weed
Halibut Recipe Directions
1. Preheat the stove's grill and coat a baking sheet or cooking skillet with olive oil.
2. Flush the fish and wipe off. Put on the lubed skillet, and brush with olive oil or coat with olive oil cooking shower. Crush the juice from the lemon wedges over the whole filet, and season liberally with salt first, then, at that point, garlic lastly dill.
3. Sear for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated broiler, until the filet is misty and can be chipped with a fork. Searing time might rely upon the thickness of your filet. Appreciate it !
