TANGY ALASKA HALIBUT BAKE

Halibut Recipe Ingredients:

2 lb halibut filet
1 cup harsh cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup slashed green onions
3 tablespoons newly crushed lemon juice
2 cups squashed Ritz saltines
1 enormous yellow onion, cut
1/4 cup margarine

Halibut Recipe Instructions

Soften spread in an enormous skillet. Add cut onion and sauté until onion is clear then spread uniformly over lower part of baking skillet; put away.

In a bowl combine as one harsh cream, mayonnaise, green onions and lemon juice. Organize halibut over top of onions. Spread harsh cream and mayonnaise combination over the highest point of the halibut. Sprinkle with squashed Ritz wafers.

Heat at 375°F for 40-50 minutes (contingent upon thickness of fish). Appreciate!
