A decent halibut formula to attempt !

Fixings

 * 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
 * 1 shallots, finely slashed
 * 2 cloves garlic, finely slashed
 * 1 tablespoon dark bean sauce
 * 1/2 cup mirin (Japanese dessert wine)
 * 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 * 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 * 6 (4 ounce) filets halibut, skin eliminated
 * 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 * 2 tablespoons slashed new cilantro

 Guidelines

 1. Heat oil in non-stick pan over medium hotness. Cook shallots and garlic delicately until fragrant, yet not brown. Mix in dark bean sauce, rice wine, and soy sauce. Bring to bubble and cook until decreased significantly. Eliminate from hotness, and mix in vinegar; put away.
 2. Pat halibut fish dry. Rub with sesame oil and sprinkle with pepper. Preheat an open air barbecue for high hotness, and softly oil grind.
 3. Barbecue halibut fish for around 5 minutes for every side, or just until cooked through. Sprinkle with cilantro. The halibut formula is prepared to present with sauce poured over top...nice ! Appreciate it !
